Please Include The Following Information:

1. Drawing of part to be produced
   note: drawings can be e-mailed in tiff, pdf or AutoCAD formats
2. Drawings of any components installed on the part prior to bending
3. Description of any additional functions you would like the machine to perform
4. If an automatic machine is being requested:
   • a description of how the parts are going to be presented to the machine.
   • how you would like the parts to be unloaded (into a basket, onto a conveyor, etc).
5. If required :
   • A list of any general machine specifications that you will require to be met.
   • A list of any typical purchased items you would like us to use.
     Note: if unspecified we typically would use the following:
     Allen Bradley control items
     Mac pneumatic valves
     Parker Hannifin pneumatic cylinders
     Parker Hannifin hydraulic components
