Quality Control Considerations

Machine will not allow a part to be bent unless crimped correctly.

Machine determines that the hose length is within a specified tolerance.

Machine verifies that the part has been bent completely before unclamping the part.

Can be used to ensure that correct components are used and installed properly.
Example: Tube end properly flared and the tube nut has the correct threads and is not on backwards.
