| Typical Machine
Configurations |
Tube Bending: |
Example: |
| Fuel Lines |
An automatic bender for Left and
Right Hand Parts.
|
| Brake Lines |
A
part with 7 bends made from 12mm aluminum tubing.
|
| Chair Frames |
Machine exported to Europe required
metric components.
|
| Air Conditioning Lines with and without
manifolds |
The part-to-part cycle time was 8.5
seconds for a pair of parts.

Rod Bending: |
Example: |
| Gearshifts - column mounted Transmission
Shifters |
A
transmission shift lever with three bends and a forged steel
end. A manually loaded hydraulic/pneumatic machine was built
to bend the 5/8 diameter solid steel rod. A cycle time of 9.5
seconds, including loading and unloading, was
achieved.

Wire Bending: |
Example: |
Seat Frames Paper
Coated Wire |
A
combination bender for a Left/Right Hand two-bend part.
